The state-of-the-art culinary facility also hosts educational workshops, professional intensives for working chefs and community events.

Chef-Driven – Chef Mark Reinfeld’s 20+ years of experience teaching and creating stellar vegan and raw cuisine is apparent in every program and class. Each course is crafted to instruct and inspire.
Accredited - Vegan Fusion Culinary Academy is looking to be the first accredited vegan culinary school in the United States. Our application is in process with the State of Colorado to ensure that our professional certification program is geared towards advancing your culinary career.
Kitchens – Our state-of-the-art classrooms were built to encourage creativity, craftsmanship and community.
Location – Located in beautiful Boulder, Colorado, we’re close to hiking trails, skiing, national parks, award-winning restaurants and farmers’ market, and a robust organic and natural food scene.
Student to Teacher Ratio – All classes are limited in size so every student receives personal, one-on-one instruction.
Nutrition & Lifestyle – We complement culinary training with nutrition and lifestyle workshops, education, resources and wellness retreats.
